Yet another birthday party this weekend. This time it was for Gentry who turned 12 today. They had a slumber party last night and woke up to breakfast and Twinkle Toes ( my kind of day ) We were a little pressed for time so I ended up doing two girls at a time, it actually worked out great I was very impressed with the system we were using. The girls were listening to the ipod of course, the song of choice today was Poker Face, a personal favorite. I might know every word now cuz I heard it 10 times in the two hours I was there! For Gentry's birthday we did her toes and fingers to match, neon turquoise... so cute. Great party oh and ps Danielle... great treats you made thank you!

So Sherry needed to turn in her frequent Twinkler card and recieve her free set what better way to do it then have all her daughters friends over. This weekend I swear was girly weekend we did four birthday parties where all the girls did was sing and dance. So entertaining and funny! Sherry's girl turned 14 so we talked about boys clothes music and cheer! I mean what else is there to talk about when your 14?

So Sherri's daughter Julianna turned 9 today so of corse she wanted the best birthday party ever! Which only means one thing, Twinkle Toes and a Twinkie cake righ girls? Me and my girl Jamie went and did all he girls toes while everyone was singing and dancing and decorating twinkies for the big cake! The girls sang inca binca a soda pop about a trillion times, it reminded me of when I was little I loved it. The cutest thing ever was they all decorated twinkies with frosting and candy and whatever and then put them all together and put the candles on it for Julianna it was so cute.

So I walked into his condo for this Twinkle Toes party and my oh my it was like the nicest condo I have ever seen, and I'm pretty particular with what I like and don't like in houses and Marissa, you've done amazing with yours! Anyway while me and Jessica were doing toes we all watched E TV! and chatted about celebs ha ha it was fun. Marissa and her girls made these way cute drinks, jello shots in an orange peel. Pretty much the cutest things ever. Thanks for having the party girls!

I went over to this party tonight to help celebrate her 21st birthday... it was a suprise birthday party with all of the girls in the family, grandma included. We drank pina coladas, ate Olive garden, did toes, and had a great time. Happy Birthday!

Valentine Toes

Girls you dont think diamonds are only for fingers, eras, and necks! Oh no you can get them on your toes you know, and let me tell you... they are so stinkin cute on top of some twinkle toes. Have a party for Valentines day and treat you and your girlfriends it will be great. Or actually better yet... tell your man to buy you a gift certificate to have them done! I met Lyndee at a previous Twinkle Toe party around Halloween time. She was due for new Twinkle Toes so she had a christmas Twinkle Toe party. It was quite a big one me and my girl Jessica went and did this one together where we got to spend the night with a lot of fun girls. We did alot of crazy mixes of colors. There were many different age groups of girls at this one wich makes it interesting to see which age like which colors its funny you rarely see a 40 year old women get neon green but you see a 12 year old alll the time! At this party there was a little baby and I decided if I ever have another baby girl I will name her the same name... Marley! Isn't that the cutest name in the world.

Heather belongs to a mom's club right, so they always do little group things such as group play dates, read the same book as all other moms, go on activity things together, anyway so one night with out the kids the mom had a little Christmas party as a treat to themselves and I went and did some Twinkle Toes. They made this concoction of a holiday drink of hot cider rum and whatever else it may have had but it was to die for!!!!!!!!!!!! These mom's were great I had alot of fun at this party!

Sherry's family always has a big family party for Christmas where they do a girl activity and boy a boy activity, lucky for me I was included in this years girl activity! As the boys all painted nutcrackers I did toes... lots of colors lots of girls lots of fun. The Best part about the night was one of Sherry's niece's sang this song and oh my... she did amazing!

Twilight fans are always very entertainging! I walked in Carine's house to see posters hung of the movie all over and hear... "are you team edward or team jacob" its funny that was the first thing they all asked. I am team edward by the way. As you can see by looking at the picture... these girls were gettin ready for the show that night. They cooked cheese fondu and i did toes while we all watched as bella fell in love with edward. Ahhhh twighlight toes was a good night.

Sadee was one of the girls that had her toes twinkled at the Women Show last month. Her cousin Jessica who is from out of town came up for Thanksgiving and about died when Sadee showed her her toes. Jessica had to have them done before she went back home to Cedar city. She called me up and asked me to come to them asap, its funny I had plans every night she would be in town but that didn't stop us. I went over for breakfast pretty much ha ha I walked in and they were all eatin pancakes, it smelled amazing. Along with Jessica and Sadee there were about six other family members who wanted to get in on the new fab. Christmas colors were there number one choice for the day. Everyone left with fabulous toes.

Miss Charity had shown off her toes that she got at what women want so much she had 20 friends wanting them done. Me and my twinklin friend Jessica went and took care of that for them all. Charity had us set up at her beautiful home in west jordan with a absolutley delicious set up on the table. I loved how she went all out with the food and presentation, 10 points for that Charity! We got to meet a lot of fun girls and do some great toes. My favorite pick of the night was the green tips!

Sherry met me at the women expo and just had to have a party... she had some family in town for the holiday and so we all got together over at her daughter Tiffany's house, you guessed it, and did toes. The first girl to go was Tiff's little one and she told me she wanted her toes to look like snow! At first I didn't really think we could get a white to show up good enough that the little girl would be satisfied. I have no idea why we doubted ourselves. We took 2 different colors of white glitter and mixed them with silver. My oh my was it beautiful, we ended up doing it on her aunt and her cousin. Great choice. Tiffany the cutest family and nicest house, not to mention she made a killer quiche!

The Utah Women Show

So... after sitting on the floor for about what 8 hours straight for two days I am excited to say that me and my twinkle girls had a great time meeting all of you and twinklin your toes all weekend. Lisa did absolutley amazing at mixin up some great colors I've never seen so much twinkling in one room. Ricki and Mollie were fabulous to sit next to me on the floor for so long, I think that we did some great toes and had some great laughs with the girls. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who stopped by our booth and we'll see you in April at the next one.

Mary's daughter turned 11 and thought it would be super fun to have me come do her and her friends toes... indeed it was. All the little girls loved it. I love when i get to do twinkle toes on little ones cuz they always pick the funnest colors. The birthday girl got the hottest pink I have it looked fabulous. When I was all done with the girls' toes, birthday girls mom, Mary, decided she would be missin out if she didnt get hers done. Therefore... we twinkled her up with a copper, silver, and gold concauction. I had a blast being party of the party.

On November 6th and 7th I am proud to say that I will have a booth at the 10th annual Womens show at the south towne expo center! Me and my girls will be doing toes from 10am to 7pm on friday and 10am to 8pm on saturday. Prices will be the same as always $15 for adults and $10 for kids. So it was Kim's daughters 11th birthday party and of coarse you can't have the best party with out Twinkle Toes right! Let me just talk about her cake for a min... Kim's friend is in chef school and this cake she did for the party was her first cutesy cake. Honestly it was almost cuter than a wedding cake ha! It looked great. Anway back to toes... we did so many girls toes that night it was fun while I was twinkling by the way they had this girl who was taking the girls for a drive in an amazing car. ( icant remember what kind it was but it was fast and sporty and the 11 year olds thought they were the coolest things ever ) The moms that were there were awesome as well. I had a great time hanging out with them.

I met Alicia at the Rio Tinto benefit for cancer where I did her little girls toes. Later she had quite a big party for her friends and their little ones. They all came over to Alicia's house hung out, relaxed with no boys, talked, laughed, drank spinache shakes (they made me try it...gross) and got twinkle toes. We did many fun colors and just had a great time.

Last night I did a party for some girls who were awesome... they all just were so happy and I loved chattin with them while twinklin'. One girl Stella is about to get married her wedding colors have blue in them so we made a concauction of blues to match the wedding perfect it looked amazing. I hope the wedding goes great!

Deena's daughter turned fourteen and had all her girls over to help her celebrate I am so glad I got to be a part of it as well. I think all the girls there were so funny and I loved how they all got rainbow toes, I'm talkin a different color on each toe... so silly yet so cute! While I was twinkling Deena had a friend there doing air brush tattoos which I have never seen before they were so cute ( I think my baby needs one ha ha ). Anyhow I had a blast eating pizza, doing toes, and getting airbrush tats! Happy Birthday!

Suzy is the leader of a girl scouts group to give them a little break from the normal scout meeting she wanted to suprise the girls and have me and one of my girls come and do Twinkle Toes! Angies little brother is getting married on friday (congrats ) so all the girls in the line and the bride and the little ones who are part of the wedding got Twinkled last night. Grown ups got shamrock green to match there brides maids dresses, little ones got pumpkin orange. They all matched and they all looked great. WHAT WOMEN WANT!!!!!

On Friday and Saturday I had the privelage to be a part of a huge event at the South Towne Expo Center call what women want, it was so amazing everything you could think of wanting or wanting to learn was there. Vendors ranged from Eye Candy to Avon to Sweet Briar Hollow home furnishings ( one of my favorite might I add ) to all types of clothing to Miche Bag. Man it was crazy fun. I had a booth set up doing toes with two of my other Twinklers. We did toes seriously all day I think I stood up twice on Friday between 10 am and 8:30 pm. Thats how crazy it was. Saturday was just as busy. I got to meet alot of neat peopl and get to know alot about some bussinesses I handed out a ton of cards and discount coupons... Ladies throw your partyies! i wanted to thank everyone who came and got there toes done everyone was awesome !

Saundra needed a new color. She waited about three weeks before she just decided she needed a change. We went from black to purple and silver mix, check it out its awesome. Thanks for bein fabulous Saundra

On monday I went on over to a nice house in murray where I got to do one of the cutest colors on some toes EVER I mixed silver gold and copper my oh my it was fabulous for fall. I loved it so much. There was a little girl there named Kate who was absolutley adorable she got hot pink and then I put a light pink flower on her big toes. I love the look in litte girls eyes after they're done. They love the twinkle!

I waited and waited for the day that I got to do toes all day at the Rio Tinto benefit for cancer... I had tons of fun! I got to meet a lot of people including the princesses; Bell, Cinderella, Aurora, Arial, and Sleeping beauty who of coarse got there toes done. While doing Cinderella's toes a mom and daughter wanted their's done and the little girl, Dylan 2 years old, got to sit next to Cinderellas, I think she was in heavan the whole time it was the cutest thing in the world. I had a couple other girls who do toes come with and help out so there wouldnt be as big of a line. I just want them to know how grateful I am for their help and company that day.I got to meet some great girls who were vendors at the benefit such as the girls from Sweet Briar Hollow which is a great store in Draper on 1300 e right next to the round about. They sell clothes, bags, furniture, everything and its all so stinkin cute... check it out. I also had the opportunity to meet a girl who makes the cutest hair bows and tutus I've ever seen. And trust me with daughters I've seen some cute bows but hers were awesome. All and all I had a great day. Thanks for letting Twinkle Toes be a part of that benefit!

On friday I had the opportunity to go do toes for debrah, her daughter amanda and they're friends. Amanda is on the taylorsville drill team so all of her friends were just dancin like crazy the whole night I was doin toes. They're all so cute. One thing that was cool is that they had a girl named whitney over who was doin hair bling... not sure if youve heard of it but its almost like little mylar starnds that you put in your hair just to add a little (as I would say ) twinkle. They are so cute. I have to get mine and my daughters done. A good thing about deb and amandas party was that its homecoming next weekend for taylorsville so all the girls got their toes done to match their dresses. Great idea girls.

Rio Tinto....

Next Saturday September 12th I have a booth at the Rio Tinto benefit for cancer. The show starts at 9 am and goes till 7 pm. I will be doing toes all day long. Come and get twinklized and then head off for some great activites at the stadium they have food bounce houses face painting and all sorts of vendors will be there showing off their goods. Toes are $15 for adults and $10 for kids. I hope to see you there!!!!!

Last night I went to a very nice house where I did some toes. Andrea got some freinds and food together and just had a great friday night. She made these pretzels that were to die for. One thing I keep thinking about when people are picking out the colors for the toes is that the light colors always look very cute in the jar however I typically feel like they are disappointed when thats what they choose. They always love them until they see a dark color such as plum, tourquiouse or red!!!!! Ladies be bold and get something as glitery as you can get, thats the whole point of it isnt it. Anyhow the party was a success and everyone looked awsome by the time I left. Thanks Andrea!

Well today I did two different parties actually... crazy I know but what can I say I love doing my twinkle toes!!!!!!!!!!!! The first party was fun it was held at a school after hours and some of the staff made some dinner ( brocoli cheese soup in bread bowls, amazing ) and relaxed with NO STUDENTS while I "twinklized" there toes. I used a color I have never used before ( the second on the left ) it turned out cute. Great party! Thanks Rae.

I will never forget right when I got to Saundra's house we saw the biggest spider ever with a sack on its back all the ladies were freaking out. It was disgusting. All the ladies were from Saundra's work over for a night together without the boss man. I did some great mixes of colors and even on a girl i did like three different colors on different toes like a pattern type thing it was cute. To top the night off there was one girl that brought a treat that was amazing ritz cracker, chese and apricot something jam... a little daring to try but I enjoyed it. Mandi K. threw a party on August 13th that was out of this world. Twinkle Toes ended up teaming up with a few other girls in order to get all the toes done that night. We ended up doing I believe 37 sets of Glitter Toes which all turned out more twinkly than ever. Girls came and went as the pleased after there toes were done, some hung out the whole time some came and left. Mandi also had a girl selling Scentsy and also Cookie Lee.
